The Complete Guide to Google Wave — thurly.net//8lo

@behindthecut with about 4 hours of VFX, yes.

@5tu legen… wait for it… wait for it… dary!

@chrisgomez that’s why I use EventBox. Native app. Single Column. Uncluttered. AND groups.

@summadale welcome to Twitter

@chrisgomez I never really used Tweetie. Does it have groups/SmartFolders by now? Otherwise I’d drown in noise.

@johnmontfx wowza! glad everything (and everyone!) is ok!

@MasterZap amen to that!

@chrisgomez ok. I think I am finished now. :)

@chrisgomez personally, I don’t care much for the column layout of Nambu or TweetDeck.

@chrisgomez Oh and I also love the Feeds in EventBox just for adding individual feeds I want to monitor with out adding them to gReader.

@chrisgomez I was holding out for Nambu’s FriendFeed integration, but that never came to be (so far).

@chrisgomez hmm… good question. I think they both have pretty much the same feature-set. I need groups/smartfolders. Other then that…

@chrisgomez the deciding factor for me is the Google Reader integration in EventBox.

@chrisgomez I use EventBox. Haven’t checked out Nambu in a while. It has gotten some nice features.

@Ant_Ward agreed. it is my favorite modeller next to modo. but I don’t model much. certainly no characters.

@southerngfx sensible choice, especially with Silo’s devel being practically stopped. (couldn’t reply to your DM, since you don’t follow me)

@southerngfx so away from Silo fro modeling it is?

@chrisgomez sorry to disappoint, but I don’t have any invites for Nambu. Can get you one for Wave though. ;)

does anyone have a good Maya tutorial for creating distance based texture filtering? I don’t have time to explain it to a trainee atm

@dannygreg which by the way is most interesting for my for my fav client Socialite formerly Eventbox. ;)

@alydenisof lol. reference to some “other” musical number of yours? :)
