spent the last few evenings by sitting on the bed not doing anything except listening to Audible books. mind listening & body switched off.
my thoughts seem to be slowly coming back to reality. I hate it when I turn introverted. legacy of being a single child no doubt.
too deeply stuck in my own head. need a distraction that helps me to get my head straight again.
