@getkirby midphase.com Great service. Great packages. And unlimited data & bandwidth really means A LOT.

@BeaCreativeBex @spacesimon most definitely can recommend FMX. great place to meet people & make connections. Also good talks & recruiting.

@getkirby you know, the ones I haven’t bought yet. ;)

@getkirby that’s it! I want the money for my 3 licenses back!

@getkirby oh my god! How could you do this! I’m so done with Kirby!!! #playingalong

@spacesimon yea, guess that adds up over time.

@spacesimon what the heck are you simulating?!

@frankjonen and restrain yourself more often. e.g. whitespace

@frankjonen well, people think that because they do color critical film work, they know design. mostly not true. exibit 1: me. :)

@frankjonen yep. a great designer he is not. content is king though. ;)

@NickLambert I get that the project syncing is using more resources. but 1.2gb for a straight “backup” type sync is a bit much.

@NickLambert the same machine also runs a machine backup. again roughly 500k files, but only 230GB. Both Synk scripts run at ~1.2GB

@NickLambert how many files are we talking? Our Working Projects sync is roughly 500k files/1TB.

@NickLambert ok, forget that last comment. I’m back at over a Gig for each Synk script running.

Does anyone have this? Is it any good? Light for Visual Artists - Richard Yot amazon.de/Light-Visual-A…

@NickLambert interesting. Upgraded Mac Pro’s RAM today (from 12 to 16) and now the Synk processes use way less memory. We’ll see how it goes

I know I won’t take the offer, if Digital Domain ever offers me a job. Want to work with pros, not on student films. #ddfuckup

@mikeseymour @johnmontfx finally pledged for the hat & jacket level. Could not stand seeing “0 Supporter” there after asking for it.

Happy Birthday @mattdleonard! Have a great day!

@johnmontfx @mikeseymour congrats on doing the official FMX podcast btw.!

@johnmontfx @NickLambert @mikeseymour yup, fugured as much. looking forward to the fxphd gear though. :)

@NickLambert btw. have you noticed a rather high RAM usage for SynkPro? Syncing our projects folder with 517606 items needs a whopping 1.5GB
